Carpet Cleaning

A: Dry time is affected by how heavily soiled the carpets were and air movement after cleaning, and can range from only a few hours to no more than 24 hours. Turn on all fans and ventilate the area for rapid drying!

A: Deep spills and soiling which penetrate into the backing of the carpet may “wick” up during and after drying. By lightly recleaning the area, wetting only the fibers of the carpet with spot cleaner (recommend Folex) spots will be removed and not return. Call within 10 days and we will return and remove free of charge.

A: The method we use for cleaning is a hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. Hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and is the most effective form of carpet cleaning. Hot water and a cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers then a powerful suction extracts dirt, allergens, the cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. This cleaning method is most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

A: A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. The cleaning equipment is vacuuming the entire time we are cleaning the carpet.

A: As the finishing touch to your thoroughly cleaned carpet or upholstery, a special protector can be professionally applied. These products help carpet and upholstery resist soiling from dry dirt, water and oil-based spills. It does this by wrapping each fiber in a protective coating giving you more time to clean up spots and spills before they soak into the fibers, helping you keep your carpet and upholstery looking its best between cleanings. It also makes vacuuming and cleaning up spots easier.

A: The deodorizer uses a natural bacterial enzyme to digest organic odor sources such as vomit, feces, urine, milk, blood, and more. Deodorizer removes organic odors that it comes in contact with, it also uses a neutralizer to give immediate relief from any odors while the enzyme is working. The key to complete removal of an odor is that this product must reach all contaminated surfaces. If the odor causing source has penetrated the backing and possibly the padding we cannot guarantee complete removal of the odor.
